Dirty Friends

I want to get dirty with you. You know, all that stuff that you’ve been holding back. Yeah, give it to me. Let go. I will take you places that you have never been before. I got you. And I am really good at it. Ask around. They will say, that I’ll take care of you. The dirtier the better. The darker the better. You can trust me. That’s what makes you feel so good.

I talk about it quite often. Going deep. I love deep conversations. When it goes dark and people start to get uncomfortable, that’s when I lean in. Because that is the real you. Open, honest and vulnerable. And this is where it gets magical. I give you the dirt on me. That same vulnerability that you display, I am on the same frequency. That is how we grow. That is how we become clean. All you have to do is get dirty.

The problem is vulnerability freaks people out. Let me let you in on a little secret. They can’t use it against you, if you have already cleansed yourself. If you exposed your sins, you indeed are free. Free from the bullshit manipulation that anyone could try to use against you. I’ll let you in on another secret. You’re going to make more mistakes and bad choices in the future. So get on with living your non perfect life.

My circle is small because they are dirty. They are dirty because they wanted to be free. So they found a safe place. Me. And I mirrored that intensity right back to them. We cried, we cleansed, and we laughed. It was beautiful. And now we’re dirty friends. No judgements. Just imperfect souls that are free.
